I was a beautician. Then I became adoctor.

I went from beautician to doctor. Which is a strange order to do it in.

I've stood on both sides of this industry. I know how the beauty world talks about injectables. I know what they teach you in medicine. They are not the same thing, and the gap between them is where people get hurt.

So I went and did it properly. Medical school, then A&E shifts, then my aesthetics training at Harley Academy. Not for the certificate. Because when a filler goes wrong, you want the person holding the syringe to have already seen an emergency.

That's the whole reason Dr Glam exists. Same treatments you'll find in any salon in South Wales. The difference is who's holding the needle.
